Devastating Russian drone & missile strikes on Kyiv

On the night of June 16–17, 2025, Kyiv endured one of the largest assaults since 2022—175 drones, over 14 cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles – targeting 27 sites, including residential buildings and schools. The attack killed at least 14 people (among them a U.S. citizen) and wounded 44–55 across Kyiv, Odesa, and nearby regions.
